1. Returns Eligibility
- Products can be returned only if they are damaged, expired, or incorrectly delivered.
- Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of product delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods such as opened food packets or items with broken seals.
- Items returned after the 48-hour window.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
